No ato da solicitação deverá ser informado o nome completo, número do pedido, motivo da devolução/troca/desistência e telefone para contato. 

O cancelamento dos pedidos realizados em nosso site poderá ser realizado em até 7 dias (sete) dias corridos a partir do recebimento do item (exceto para produtos comprados em pré-venda ou encomendas). Após este prazo, as solicitações não serão mais aceitas. Em caso de devolução por motivo de desistência, o frete deverá ser pago pelo cliente.

Para que a troca seja realizada, o produto deve estar no seu estado original de envio, ou seja, lacrado e em suas características originais (embalagem, lacre fornecedor, selos, etc.), sem indícios de uso e com todos os acessórios que o compõem. 

IMPORTANTE: Caso sua compra tenha sido realizada em uma PRÉ-VENDA ou solicitada por ENCOMENDA os itens não poderão ser cancelados ou devolvidos. Serão aceitos cancelamentos apenas caso o prazo de entrega tenha excedido o previsto ou caso haja alguma avaria na entrega.
